4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship within Pakistan only.

  • Estimated delivery times are 3–5 business days.

  • Shipping delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.

  • Free shipping is available on orders above Rs. 3,000.

 

 

5. Returns & Exchanges

We accept exchanges for damaged or defective products within 7 days of delivery.
 To initiate an exchange, email us at thebagshub8@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the issue

  • Your preferred resolution (exchange or store credit)

We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind.
